While searching for more OS-tan media to upload here, I found that the cosplayer might be Ai Nonaka.

The guy could represent the "user" but here was no information nowhere confirming that.

So I digged further and I found that the models were either made by TechArts3D or made in a program or game that was made by TechArts3D. But I didn't found any information regarding the Mac-tan and Sonata models.

Here is actually a full resolution of this (the original version had also artist link but this was cropped here), but it is in jpg and kinda low quality.

I found this by looking on Twitter for Madobe Nanami related stuff. It wasn't been posted by the original artist there.
