This is actually a third-party edit made by me because the original file of this is most likely lost media.

Assuming the red sclera, she looks probably stoned.

As far I know, the Nanami design on the left is by the user Steels64 on Deviantart.

Not really sure, if things like these can be uploaded into gallery, but I couldn't resist.

Pretty sure the artist is ogaw3 based on style.

The girl on the left is most likely XP-tan (Saseko) but I'm not 100% sure.
