Higher resolution of this was not archived sadly. Thought here might be a chance the artist posted this on other of one of their sites where the full resolution got archived. I will try to look for the full resolution, if I will found a higher resolution than this, I will post the link into comments.

The text could be possibly the artist's name, but I however, can't find this image's origin.

The character in the back could be most likely We-tan but the tweet doesn't mention her.
