But I don't thing that's possible because I can normally view other japanese sites with text in japanese. I guess it must be the problem with site itself.

I would say that because of the contents the cover can be uploaded. I have not tried out the pool feature yet, but go ahead and organize as you see fit.

Edit: Added this comic to its pool, not sure if I did it right thought.
I didn't uploaded the cover because the cover only has Rabi-tan and Tsukumo-tan characters on it, which are not personification of computer related things, but are personifications of computer stores. If the cover can be uploaded, I'll do it.
Also this seems to be just preview of the manga according to the translation of the commentary, which means this is not the full manga.
Also, I'm not sure what would be better, but should I actually add the first page as parent and child post, or if I should make pool out of this comic?

After some revised searches it appears that this is the OC of a user named ColorMinibus. As this character is just an OC all images from this batch of uploads will be marked for deletion unless a justification for them is given.
Update: The alt accounts and upload limit maxing are considered spamming.
