Tag types can be set via the "Tags" link on the top of the page, this may or may not be possible to an ordinary user and I would appreciate knowing.
Character between MS-DOS and 95-tan is a Windows 3.1. The NT-tan and Longhorn are completely unknown designs to me. The XP-tan reminds me of Homeko but I'm not sure if she IS Homeko.
